El Patio!

I only update on the weekends apparently and have pictures from every weekend! Who would've guessed! : )
Well, on Friday we went with a group of friends down to El Patio in midtown. We had good mexican food and got to relax from the busy week!

Then on Saturday morning we showed Garrett just how much love him by getting up at 6am to drive up to Huntsville to watch him run cross country! We got to see Cody's parents and eat at Cracker Barrel! (disclaimer: the pictures were taken very early in the morning, please do not judge!)

Tonight Cody and I went to see Fireproof, which is a Christian movie about marriage. The message of the movie was wonderful! Yay for finally making a movie that you feel good about when you leave!
This weekend has been wonderful! God has blessed us with amazing friends and family!

Dallas

This weekend, Cody and I went to Dallas to visit Warren and Danee!! (BTW, the drive from Houston to Dallas is long and boring!!) We got to see Warren & Danee's home which was beautiful!
On Saturday Danee and I went to meet some friends at Cheesecake factory while Cody and Warren watched football. I got to see some of my best friends and we had a very fun lunch!
Then Warren, Danee, Cody and I went to the state fair. We were not super impressed and didn't stay long. I think I've had my life time's fill of state fair.
Saturday night we went to Top Golf where we met up with Maegan, Cody, Allison and Ryan.

Today we went to lunch and to Sprinkles! Yum!! We had a full weekend and a long trip home, but it was a lot of fun!

Family Reunion

This weekend Cody and I went to Waco for my family reunion (mom's side). It was so good to see all of our family! We got to stay at Brad and Jen's for two nights which means we got to spend a lot of time with our precious niece, Erin! Brad and Jen had to go to Dallas though, so we only saw them for a few hours on Friday and then today.

Cody and I also got to meet up with two of my favorite friends from high school at Coldstone!
